Blue Ridge Living Center
Blue Ridge is a 66-bed skilled nursing and specialized rehab facility located
in Easley, South Carolina. Our grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with views
of the Blue Ridge Mountains and a large nearby field where deer visit to graze.
We’re proud to have incorporated many Eden Alternative concepts into this environment.
Families and staff bring children and animals here to interact with our residents.
In some cases, we can even have families bring pets for residents to keep with
them. We also have a resident dog, named Bear, a Shepherd/Lab mix who loves to
socialize.
Our courtyard has a playground and it’s a great place for residents to relax
with family and friends while the kids play. Every now and then, a staffer will
bring a child into work—this promotes a family-friendly environment and gives
children and seniors a chance to enjoy each other.
Our emphasis on providing only the best care for our residents creates a warm,
positive environment where they can thrive. We’re Medicare- and Medicaid-certified
and our rehab program has a strong record of helping our residents return home
or move into assisted living.
