Easley Living Center’s Transitions Rehabilitation Program provides a comprehensive
individualized approach to therapy interventions in many diverse areas.
Our team consists of over 75 years experience in Physical, Occupational and Speech
Language
Therapies. As a part of our program, participants also have available to them
nursing services, recreational services,
physician services, nutritional services and home evaluations prior to discharge.
Skilled therapeutic rehabilitation will be provided 5-7 days a week pending patients
need and physician approval.
