With great appreciation I write this. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed my
time with you. I know it is because I felt safe, loved and protected. The C.N.A’s
were wonderful. It takes a “special calling” for these ladies and men to do this
work. The PT’s were great. The cats and dog were a pleasure, the fish &
birds were a joy to watch.
Dear Falls Creek Family – You were always there for Mama and for us. You took
such good care of her. We still consider you’re our “Family”.
It’s hard to express our appreciation for the long term care you gave Talmadge’s
mom. Somehow it quickly became her home. She loved each care giver and felt
like she was your favorite guest. Her comfort care after the fall was amazing.
She was turned, given mouth care, skin care and made as comfortable as possible.
Eight years of her life was spent with you and she was happy and content there.
Thank you gain for each year, each day, each hour you cared for her.
We appreciate the love, thoughtfulness and care that is shown there at Falls
Creek. We are blessed to have our Mother surrounded with such kind people.
I know Daddy had only been at Falls Creek for twenty four hours when I cam today,
but I have to thank you and your wonderful staff for what I saw when I came.
It is the first time in a very long time I saw an expression of peace on his face.
I know it did not get there by accident, but from a caring and dedicated staff.
It nearly brought me to tears to watch the compassion that was shown him from
others that did not love him as I do, but treated him with such tenderness and
respect. I guess the best way to express how I felt today was…..I was not scared
to leave and for that I am deeply grateful.
I wish there were words to express my appreciation for what you and your staff
did for Mama’s life and for us. Your kindness during this whole difficult time
will never be forgotten. You and your staff made such a difference in Mama’s
life. We saw happiness and contentment for the first time in several years.
And we are so very thankful that the last seven months of her life were happy.
I have been involved in long term care for over 26 years and I have to say that
you and your staff are the most compassionate and caring people, and we were truly
blessed to have Mama living at Falls Creek. I pray that the Lord will bless you
richly for all that you do for others.
